Our team will be walking from Cowan to St Ives showground through the Garigal national park. The Track ranges from 0-215 m above sea level . The track has 4 check points which include:

• Bobbin head​
• St Ives Showground​

• The track also crosses the F3 highway twice.  Our team will be walking for a full 45 kilometers with minimal brakes, we will hike through the day and until late at night.
